We do not manufacture, replicate, or produce any jerseys. All products listed on our website are lawfully acquired genuine goods that are resold after initial sale.

Legal Basis for Resale in India

Under Section 30(3) of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), once trademarked goods are lawfully sold, the trademark owner’s rights are exhausted, and resale of such genuine goods is legally permitted.

Our products are sold strictly in compliance with this principle (also known as the Doctrine of Exhaustion / First Sale Doctrine).
